Free range quality meats
We use a local abattoir which is
about 50 minutes
driving distance. Animals do not have to go through
on awful lengthily transit on their last journey.
 Generally
accepted finding
about a healthy lifestyle is that fruit and vegetable diet
and exercise become inevitably part of our lives.
However, do we give a second thought to the lifestyle
maintained by the animals which become our food?
 Our
animals enjoy open grazing on spacious fields
amongst turnips, suede, kale and fruit and vegetable
related to seasonal foods. Along with these, exercise,
interaction with other animals and humans just
eliminates the stereotype of their lifestyle, contributes
to stress free handling and generates a firm trusted
connection between caring personnel and livestock.
 We are proud to say, that our biggest priority is to
generate quality produce and animals enjoying their
own lives.
We
feel that it is deep disgraceful of the consumer
market to throw away massive amount of every animal,
just because these cuts are not usually listed between
supermarket "normal cuts". There are wonderful meals,
which could be prepared from parts such as tongues,
livers or cheeks. |
Even a basic Internet search will reveal to you many
ways, of how to prepare nutritionally valuable meals
from almost every part of the animal.
We also think of our pets, so delicacies such pigs as
pigs trotters and ears are available on request.
 We
do not agree with current logistic systems
transporting commodities across the globe,
despite these are grown or bred on consumers
doorstep under controlled environment
meeting EEC standards.
In our view, local produce returns spirit into our
community and contributes to healthier environment
by saving unnecessary thousands of transporting
miles, so common in our supermarket foods.
We believe in sustainability and
natural way of producing quality foods. We also aim to promote use of
majority of usable
